I've bought 3 cars from Wayne's. Second one died 1/2 through the payments. Of course it was my fault. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd questions "where's your money?" Warranty? No, that's not covered. I'm getting this car checked by a mechanic and if it as bad as I think it is, I'm just dumping it on their lot and let them sue me.

I have purchased several cars from Wayne's Auto Sales over the last 15 years. My last purchase, a 2002 Audi, was in December. As usual, I was treated with respect and they helped me by adjusting the down payment. Whenever a car breaks down, they imediately have a solution. One time, they gave me a loaner while waiting for a factory part to be shipped. The 50/50 warantee softens the cost of repairs as Wayne's Auto picks up half of the bill. If the repair is large, Wayne will add my half to the end of the scheduled payments. Over the years, I have recommended Wayne's Auto to many of my friends and family without ever having a regret.

Bought a Cadillac from Waynes and it is a piece of junk they didn't service the car at all the car alternator went out engine never tuned up messed up all the brakes on the car a/c did work on the lot but blows hot air now, their mechanic work is shade tree, told me that suspension was good but when we got it checked the whole suspension system is broken and thus will cost me 1800 plus weekly payments. DONE BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO GORMELS

Total trash, call the bbb on them, they are making a civil action case again this dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE RIP OFF ARTIST!!!!!!

I purchased my current car from Wayne's Auto in September of 2012. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off and to this day I have been treated with nothing but respect. I dealt with salesman Ernie and he helped me every step of the way. Working with the owner to adjust my weekly payment and my down payment so I can drive off with the car I wanted. And the car has kept a smile on my face to this day and has never left me stranded. The car even came with warranty, which was surprising. I recommend this dealer to all my friends so when they are ready to purchase their experience can be as pleasant as mine. And when I'm ready to upgrade, I'll be going right back. +++

I don't know when this started but they now have you sign a form saying that if you declare bankruptcy, they will not be included. To the best of my lawyer friend's knowledge (35 years experience) that bankruptcy non-inclusion isn't worth the paper it is written on. The court decides, not Wayne, what is included and what is not.
