The property is clean and the units are fine but there is a real jerk that works there named Jason who is a part timer who thinks he owns the place. He purposely tried to cheat me out of month's rent that was billed after I moved out because he forgot to check my unit when he came in to open the following day. So instead of being a responsible employee and admitting he forgot to check and mistakenly put my payment through - he tried to cover his butt by saying that I moved out a day too late and refused to refund my payment. All the while his gate record showed me moving out on the correct date. The corporate office wasted no time refunding my payment and I hope they were just as diligent about showing Jason to the door.
Their price structure was better than other facilities I queried, the facility is clean and secure! I look forward to continue doing business with them.

Under the old owners this place was okay even though the property itself needs some work. These owners 'Prime', really suck. They came in worth a very snooty attitude changing things without warning and making people lose their belongings. They raise the rent up without warning and it odd unreasonably priced for the type of property. The property floods, the units become extremely filthy with so much debris and an unusual amount of insects, especially spiders. I have been dealing with storage units for over 20 years and this odd the worse I've ever seen for the inside debris build up and the property destruction itself. They came in with an attitude like it was and grade A property and expecting more from customers but they haven't even brought ANY type of difference for the better. The, so called, manager is lazy and very hard to get a hold of. She is never in the office when she should be and is very unprofessional, to say the least, when you do talk to her. Go somewhere else, this property is ran into the ground but want to act like it's an A property. Run, run, run...
I first called to inquire about renting a space for my boat. The manager T. was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful with setting up a plan for sizing a spot and bringing it there the following day. Due to time constraints on my part she(T.) accommodated my narrow window of time and when I arrived was friendly and professional. Her attention to detail while filling my needs and answering all my concerns were spot-on.
