The postmaster Tom was so friendly and solved a postal problem that was not even caused by the Glassboro office. He also followed up twice to keep me posted on the situation. Really great service!

The clerk at the counter was very rude and a complete liar. Worse customer service ever her clerk number is #2. We go to the post office almost every day we know how it works we know the system that is available to check miss placed packages we know its available. Ok you use the post office for packages right? The post office messed up you would think they would fix the problem. When a post office can not help you willingly with a package there is a big problem.

The Glassboro Post Office is great. Jamar is friendly and provides fast knowledgeable service. The other clerks are just as polite. They rotate the music every day from jazz to R&B to classic rock so that it's never elevator music, and you never have to wait too long anyway, but if you did, it's a clean place too.
