I came here off of achilles repair surgery and it was not an easy process to go through. Everyone here was very helpful and nice and attentive to my progress throughout my entire time there. They don't just tell you to do something and walk away, they make sure you are doing the exercises properly and getting the full benefit. The only possible negative I can say is that it can feel a little cramped in there at times, but they do a good job of regulating it so there's not too many people in at one time. The only other time I've been to PT was at Aspen. They were not bad, but I feel I had a much better experience with NovaCare overall. If I ever need to go back for more PT I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and call them back!
I couldn't disagree more with the rating below. Everyone from top to bottom has been more than helpful over the past 5 months that Ive been there, and nobody has ever been anything close to disrespectful. They actually explain not only exactly what causes your pain but exactly how each stretch/exercise helps it. In 5 months time there I've never once seen or heard any of the things the other review says, which leads me to question if that person even actually attended Novacare or is just trashing them for his own gain. If you want somewhere to go thats professional but at the same time a very comfortable environment, this is your place.
I didn't get the service here that was expected. Saw very little time with the PT. It's really like going to a gym but it costs much more. You would do better at a gym. It took me a long time to find an outstanding physical therapy facility. My recommendation is to choose Rebound Physical Therapy in Turnersville. They really care about your progress and the owner is on site..
