My mother owns a storage unit at this place and she doesn't like it. They leave the building at random times leaving it closed. Then, they called my mother and said her storage unit was broken into and she needs to pay for another lock. No other units were opened except her's and no one else. She used a police escort to go down and settle everything. She didn't have to pay a thing.
I would give a zero if I could, if you are one day late on a payment they call you at least three times per day, huge late fees. When I went to get my things out, my locks were changed! I asked the manager to cut it he said it would be an extra 50 dollars. I seriously hate this place.
Rented a climate controlled unit, which was inside. Very clean, staff was nice enough and gave me extended hours as I work later shift. Got brand new van to move in and it was very reasonable
