I guess this is the difference between a hotel and a motel.
But if you look at the sheets, there are hair of a precious guest? Pet?, stains and no fresh smell to be found.
Small nasty rooms, the 'manager' is the one that 'cleans' the rooms but the rooms are not cleaned. Only obvious big stuff gets done... empty garbage can, wipe out a big mess of its visible, pick up only big stuff. The floors are not swept and clean on a daily basis, it is as they feel to do it. The tub and toiletry not cleaned either although they try to give the appearance of it. The only reason that we checked in here was last minute, last resort option for or circumstances. I had to get my cleaning stuff and wash the walls, floors, tables, counters, sink, toilet and tub. The dirt that washed off the tub was unbelievable. The nasty crumbs, stains and dirt that was left on the tables was uncanny. How did they not see this obvious filth and at least wipe it? The sheets were covered with hair (head and pubic) a big .
Hard to sleep in a bed that's not clean.
Very unprofessional and uncalled for.
Room looks clean in a general sense, no trash everything folded and organized.
I guess it was home coming or something going on, so there was loud yelling, people through out the parking lot and extremely loud music playing until 430am - I could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk from midnight - 5am to complain.
We enjoyed the accommodations as we wanted a basic room to spend the night so we didn't have to drive home. My son was playing in a two day soccer tournament. We appreciated the ice machine, as it was in the 90° temp range. The air conditioner worked well, too. We also made good use of the fridge. The room setup was nice with the table and chairs and we played a dice game there. So, the things we needed were perfect, bed, shower, toilet, sink, AC, ice machine, and fridge.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Recommendations for dinner were great. Room needs some fresh paint and had a small hole in the wall but was VERY CLEAN. Overall the stay was enjoyable and we will be staying here again as we look for a home in the area.
My reply was that is why you didn't call the police they are kids, underage and drinking.
When checking out I complained to the owner, Manager (not sure who he was) his response was I didn't get any sleep either and they were just kids. I asked why didn't he call the police if he could not get them under control. His reply was they are just kids.
