I enjoyed the gym for quite a while but then it became a horrible experience! I started to noticed the female employees are not polite and always have an attitude for some reason. Also, they always seem to mess up with billing. I have been paying every month with auto pay and then they canceled my member ship saying i didn't pay for 4 months but then again I've been entering the gym with my retro card for those 4 months they say I didn't pay for. I checked my online banking and it showed clearly that I was paying. I confronted them about it in a adult manner and the rude lady behind the counter insisted that I had not paid and was very unfriendly . She finally admitted that I was paying once I called back, with no apology. I told her I will continue paying with auto pay but she never took out my money so now I cant even enter the gym but im kind of glad that nightmare came to an end!! . Overall from my experience the male employees are professional and friendly but I've had a negative experience with the female employees. the staff are clueless and unprofessional. Please Retro Fitness, teach your employees about being friendly and professional with clients or else you will lose them. Now i know why the gym is always empty MAJORITY of the time because it seems like everyone is leaving and having a bad experience. if they don't make a change i won't be surprise if the gym gets shut down in the future.

I've been going to the same location since 2010 and I've never had any complaints but I have seen this retro go down hill first hand the past few months. The place is filthy, and they're always running out of stuff. It's amazing that all the trash cans are always over flowing when there is never any paper towels to clean off equiptment. I had to change my gym because of how gross this location is. If your looking for a nice clean gym I wouldn't reccommend this location
Edit: still no WiFi - it's been about 3 months. Every other Retro has it. Also, the shakes you can only get one size. Other Retro's have a small. Maybe I don't want to spend $8 on a shake everytime!
Some equipment is 100% maintained and they have had issues with there HVAC being out/not functioning appropriately
