Worst patient communication ever...my Dr went on vacation and was told none of my prescriptions could be refilled until he returned. I had left messages 6 days prior to getting a call back and have been out of my medicine for a week. Do Not Choose Cooper. Horrible. Terrible!!!
The office staff is terrible. I called nine times and was told someone would call me back. Oh well, that didn't happen. Off to Rothman Institute for me.
Dr. Rey Ramierez, his Orthopedics associates and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Ramierez actually returns his own phone calls. I was hospitalized and Dr. Ramierez did my surgery. He checked in with me personally. I can't say enough about this group of doctors. Would definitely recommend to everyone!!! Thank you Dr. Ramierez for the help and support you gave me ( and are continuing as this process goes on).
